Access Rights

Since January 1st, 2014 it is unlawful in Belgium to refuse access to public places for certified assistance dogs and those in training. To be allowed in public places such as stores, restaurants, public buildings, ...the dog must always wear a cape/harness and appropriate identification proving that it is a certified assistance dog.
